4 Accompanied Nights Out in Havana’s Most Vibrant Salsa Scene: Let me introduce you to my favourite nights out in Havana where the aliveness is through the roof!!! We will have a group of dancers accompany us so that you have the comfort of familiar dance partners and also the adventure of mixing with the world’s most creative and fun dancers. This is a beginner friendly experience!
10 X Private Dance classes: Everyday you’ll have 2 hours of private dance class to learn feminine ladies styling and to work with a strong male lead to experience your own dance alchemy. Dancing is the vehicle that we use for self-discovery and to bring forth your feminine magic.
Workshop-style Group Transformation Sessions: After breakfast we will explore what is coming up for you through your experience. This is where we do the 'magic' of unleashing your sensual self in a workshop-style body-centred transformation. Experience in real-time Karen's transformative touch and walk away feeling lighter and freer.
Old Havana Adventure and Romantic Dinner experience the romance of Old Havana and an evening out at one of my favourite restaurants.
Two free afternoons to explore and enjoy: Enjoy some free time to relax and integrate your experience or amplify your adventure with what you are called to most about Havana. We are happy to help you organize an outing and make the most of your experience (photoshoot, massage, Rum Museum, Fusterland, Chocolate Factory, Fabrica de Arte, beach outing, etc)
Final celebration dinner: On our last night together we celebrate and anchor in your transformation with a beautiful dinner out at one of my favourite restaurant in Vedado..

Meaning "Brave Woman", I can't tell you how amazed I was when I found this gem of a boutique hotel... it's the perfect haven of peace for us to rest and rejuvenate after our Havana Nights.

Our sanctuary is located in my favourite neighbourhood of Havana - Vedado. Vedado is where the rich Americans used to live and is a peaceful, sanctuary with tree-lined promenades. This is my hood and feels like HOME.

There you'll experience an all access pass to group workshops and the most incredible parties at iconic Havana dance venues from the 1950s with the world's most famous salsa bands playing LIVE in private concerts. Also includes a beach party on Sunday!
