I am obsessed with this dance! And you will be too... It's playful, sexy and soulful. Sometimes it's slow and sultry. Sometimes it's fast and jumpy. Sometimes it's just plain sexy. The variety shifts with every dance.
The coolest thing about it, is it only exists here and people travel from all over the world to learn it.

When I left Canada, I was searching for a place in nature where I would be able to dance at a high-level. I can't believe that I found this place, and that it even exists! This beautiful boutique hotel only has 7 rooms. Each room walks out onto a private terrace directly poolside. Breakfasts are a la carte and included. And the best part is you are literally my next door neighbour! We are a couple minutes by foot to the beach and a few blocks from downtown where we will be dancing and where there are many cute cafe's and restaurants.

For those who just want a week in paradise dancing with Karen

6 nights private accommodations stay at a stunningly beautiful Boutique hotel, a sensual paradise that is right next door to my house.
6 days Breakfast and Lunch you will be eating breakfast at the hotel and then having lunch with me at my house.
4 Accompanied Nights Out Dancing: In my town there is a wonderful dance event happening every night! You can dance to your heart's content! This is where the magic happens...where you will get 'activated' into your sensuality. This experience includes 4 nights out with me as a guide. I may be up for going out more, but if I don't join you on a few nights, I can point you where to go. Our location is within close walking distance of the dancing venues.
5 X Private Dance classes with a Dominican Teacher You will be learning the fundamentals of Dominican Bachata and advanced footwork for advanced dancers.
5 hours of classes in foundational body-movement with Karen (1 hour per day with Karen for 5 days) OR option to add an additional hour of classes with your Dominican Teacher in salsa or bachata if you are an advanced dancer.
Plenty of time during the day to rest, go to the beach, shop, drink coconuts, etc.
Final celebration dinner ~ On our last night together we celebrate your transformation with a beautiful dinner out at one of my favourite romantic restaurants.

Stay for an extra night, or come down just to work with my photographer and I to create powerful brand images and video that you can use for your social media

1-1 Branding Session prior to coming to the DR to plan the look and feel of the photoshoot
Two Photoshoots over two days with my photographer, including 5 outfits and several locations so that you have plenty of photos to work with for your social media.
Karen's hand's on guidance during your photoshoots with your brand vision and outfits
50 edited photos and some vertical video for reels and stories in your social media.
1 Night Private Accommodation Private accommodation at beautiful boutique hotel
1 Breakfast and 1 Lunch. Receive breakfast at the hotel and 1 lunch with Karen at her house.

Come anytime (pretty much).

DATES: The boutique hotel next door has 7 rooms total and as long as there is space you can come down anytime. Check your flights. Let me know when, and let's make it happen!

FLIGHTS: The closest airport is El Catey International Airport (AZN), but there are not a lot of flights coming in and they tend to be more expensive. The Santo Domingo airport (SDQ) has far more flights and is a 3-hour, easy bus ride $20 or taxi $200 away.

BRING A FRIEND: I can accommodate up to 4 people total in this experience (based on the number of chairs at my dining room table). If you want to come down with someone or have more of a group experience, let me know and we'll see if we can attract another woman or two to join us.
